30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused or in good condition
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used brush heads
- Opened replacement heads
- Final sale items
Exchanges
If you need a replacement for a defective product, contact us and we’ll assist with an exchange if eligible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, processing may already begin and cancellation may not be possible.
